Baked Bonito Fish
A fish recipe that I am sure you will like
Materials:
*Medium diced Bonito fish
- 2 onion rings, chopped into rings
- 5-6 cloves of crushed garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2-3 sprigs of bay leaves
- 1-2 sprigs of rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 lemon chopped with peel
- 1/2 bunch of chopped parsley
- 2-3 drops of pomegranate syrup
- Salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of butter for the topping
- 9-10 cherry tomatoes
Preparation:
Wash the fish, after draining it well, mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, lay the fish in this material, cover it and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day, place all the ingredients on the baking tray, spread the butter on them, decorate with the tomatoes and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, uncovered, until well browned. 10 minutes out of the oven. Serve with plenty of salad.
NOTE:
- You can cook all kinds of fish in the same style by putting them in the same sauce.
- If the fish is very thirsty, you can add some water.
- Spreading butter on it gives it more flavor.
- You can add other greens and spices if you want.
- Olive oil can be used instead of olive oil if desired.
- You can put peanuts in it while it is cooking
- Instead of cherry tomatoes, you can put regular seedless tomatoes on it.
- You can put pointed or bell peppers on it.
- After it comes out of the oven, you can squeeze plenty of parsley and lemon on it if you want.
