7-Day Aespa Diet
If you follow the rules of this diet program, you can lose 5 kilos in 1 week. Of course, this varies from person to person. Some people can lose around 1-2 kilos, while others can easily lose up to 8-10 kilos. The important thing is that you follow the rules of the diet program and do what is necessary.
Aespa Diet List
Morning: 1 boiled egg, 2 slices of toasted wholemeal bread, 8 stalks of parsley and matchbox-size fat-free feta cheese and tomatoes, cucumbers
Snack: 1 bowl of light yoghurt (in which three walnuts, half a teaspoon of cinnamon and 1.5 teaspoons of coarsely ground flaxseed will be put), 1 green apple with its skins
Break: 1 glass of unsweetened, low-fat milk with ginger and cinnamon
Dinner: 200 grams of low-fat grilled fish, 1.5 servings of green beans and green salad
Night: 4 dried apricots
Morning: 5 spoons of plain muesli, 5 spoons of medium fat yogurt with plenty of cinnamon, 5 hazelnuts
Break: 1 green apple with peel
Lunch: 1 bowl of vegetable soup without potatoes and carrots, 100 grams of grilled chicken breast
Snack: 2 kiwis
Break: 1 bowl of fresh nonfat yogurt
Dinner: 5 spoons of bulgur pilaf, 5 spoons of low-fat chickpeas and cold cuts of salad
Night: 1 peeled green apple
Morning time : Make 2 slices of toasted whole grain bread with fresh cheddar fat free toast , unsweetened tea
Break: 2 medium cucumbers
Lunch: 1 bowl of undrained lentil soup, 4 medium-sized low-fat grilled meatballs, three slightly hot green peppers
Snack: 1 bowl of light yoghurt (a small amount of oatmeal will be put in it)
Dinner: 4 spoons of brown pasta, 5 spoons of onion, garlic and roasted spinach
Night: Half a handful of unsalted pumpkin seeds
Morning: three scoops of plain muesli, 2 scoops of oatmeal, 1 glass of skim milk, three walnuts
Break: 2 slices of fresh pineapple
Lunch: 1 bowl of vegetable soup, 3 boiled egg whites, 1 egg yolk, lean omelet with lots of parsley, hot green pepper, arugula
Break: 1 glass of fat-free medium salt buttermilk
Dinner: 1 bowl of meatless, low-fat green lentils with plenty of red pepper, 1 slice of toasted bran bread
Night: A small handful of dried apples and 1 tablespoon of unsalted yellow chickpeas
Morning: 1 small banana, 1 grapefruit
Lunch: 1 portion of chicken skewers, 1 portion of grilled vegetables (such as zucchini, red pepper, green pepper, spinach, chard, broccoli)
Snack: 1 glass of nonfat buttermilk
Break: 6-7 damson plums
Dinner: 4-5 spoons of bulgur pilaf, 1 portion of broccoli
Night: A small handful of yellow chickpeas, 1 green apple with a peel
Cabbage soup will be drunk throughout the day.
Morning: 1 boiled egg, 2 slices of wholemeal bread, 7 stems of parsley, 7 low-fat olives, 1 teaspoon of low-sugar apricot marmalade
Snack: 3 walnut kernels, plenty of cinnamon, ginger, three apricots will be chopped into 1 bowl of non-fat yogurt.
Break: 1 green apple
Dinner: 1 bowl of spinach soup, 100 grams of grilled steak, green salad
Night: A small handful of seeded black grapes
No liquids will be taken while eating.
A large amount of green tea or jasmine tea will be drunk 20 minutes after eating.
Meals will be eaten in small bites.
Every day, early in the morning or in the evening, 45 minutes of brisk walking or sports will be done at a moderate pace, in a way that will break a sweat.
In the meals, a certain amount of bitterness will be increased, especially ginger, chili pepper, hot green chili pepper.
For 1 week, sweets, white flour, white sugar, tomatoes, fried foods, alcohol will not be consumed on a full stomach.
