Diet Program

Rule 1: avoid “white” carbs
Avoid any white carbs. Bread, rice, cereal, potatoes, pasta, and fried foods are prohibited. But it can be eaten 1.5 hours after an exercise workout that takes at least 20 minutes in length. But it will still be more reliable if you don’t eat anything white.

Rule 2: eat the same few meals over and over again
The most successful dieters eat the same few meals over and over, whether their goal is to build muscle or lose fat. Mix and eat each of the following three groups:

Proteins:
Egg white with a whole egg for flavor
Chicken breast or thigh
Grass-fed organic beef
Pork

Legumes:
Lentil
black beans
Pinto Beans

Vegetables:
Spinach
Asparagus
Pea
mixed vegetables

Choose three or four meals and repeat them. In almost all restaurants, you can eat salad or vegetables instead of french fries or potatoes.

Some athletes eat 6-8 meals to avoid fat intake. Those who think that this is inconvenient can eat 4 meals a day:
10:00 – breakfast
13:00 – lunch
17:00 – second smaller lunch
17:30-19:00 – sports training
20:00 – dinner
00:00 – a glass of wine before bed and Discovery Channel

Rule 3: don’t drink calories
Drink lots of water and unsweetened iced tea, tea, plain soda, coffee (without cream), or other calorie-free beverages. Do not drink milk, regular sodas or juice.

Rule 4: Take a Day Off a Week
I recommend Saturday as the day. I’m allowed to eat whatever I want on Saturdays, and I spend it on ice cream, Snickers, Goodbye. Eat whatever you want too.
